Best 7 Healthy Smoothie Recipes Ever – with Videos!
If you are anything like me, you can’t handle a huge breakfast in the morning, but once you start your metabolism going, you are hungry all the time! I’ve found for my weight loss journey, smoothies have been the best! They pack in all the important nutrients, and I can control how much protein I add in – or don’t!
I’ve compiled some of my favorite healthy smoothie recipes, complete with videos on how to make them, for you!

The Blueberry Greek Yogurt Healthy Smoothie Recipe:
- 1/2 cup water or green tea
- 1/2 greek yogurt
- 1/2 blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- cinnamon to taste
- 1/2 a banana
- ice to taste
- add ice and water first, then rest of ingredients.
Almond Butter and Banana Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1/2 greek yogurt
- few raspberries
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- cinnamon to taste
- 1/2 cup water or green tea
My next smoothie recipe is definitely not for the people that are looking for a really sweet treat. It’s a refreshing and healthy tasting smoothie that has alternatives if you don’t like one of the ingredients in particular.
Green Detox Smoothie Recipe
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2-1 cup fresh cucumber (optional)
- 1/3 avocado (alternative: greek yogurt)
- handful baby spinach (swiss chard, kale)
- dried hand rolled oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds (mix with water and let soak for a few minutes makes easier to digest)
- 1 tbs unsweetened almond butter
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut water (regular water)
- ice cubes
