3 Of The Best Workouts To Lose Weight Fast For Women

This video is a 40 minute video, including warm up and cool down and once again, no equipment! This workout is a HIIT one, with 20 second on for each move, with 10 second off, and then finishes with a burnout round for butt, abs and thighs of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off.  This workout is one that has helped me lose 18 pounds in 3 months!

This video is 37 minutes of strictly cardio, including warm up and cool down. The structure of this workout is 40 seconds of active exercise, with 15 seconds of active resting in between, and the exercises are paired up in an AB AB format. This is a killer workout to lose weight, but feels so great afterwards! Enjoy!
